香港無線電視早期MV

1967年11月中旬，香港無線電視台(HK-TVB)啓播後，昔日不少也喜愛收聽歐西流行歌曲的電視觀眾迷哥迷姐們，除了可透過螢幕，觀賞眾多本地男女歌星及樂隊組合，在TVB自製的綜合節目(如歡樂今宵、青年節目、星光晚會等)中演唱的歐西歌曲外，相信總還會記得當年(1968至1973年問)也曾出現於翡翠台及明珠台的節目過場時段期間播出、由不少知名外國歌星或樂隊戲唱的一些悅耳動聽西曲短片。

早期出現的，如由Bee Gees樂隊演繹的"The Singer Sang His Song"及"Don’t Forget To Remember"、The Beatles的"Something"、The Carpenters的"Close To You"、及較後期Don McLean的"American Pie"這六首，相信大部份資深看官讀者們都還有印象吧。惟由已故Maurice Gibb粉墨登場的"Railroad"、Al Martino的"Wake Up To Me Gentle"、Kenny Rogers"的Tell It All Brother"、以至Tin Tin樂隊的"Toast And Marmalade For Tea"及"Is That The Way？"等，推測可能早已在腦海中被磨滅了。

而那些年間，當然少不了還有新興崛起的美國搖擺組合Creedence Clearwater Revival(CCR)，他們昔日錄製的"Bootleg"、"I Heard It Through The Grapevine"、"Looking Out My Back Door"、"Sweet Hitch Hiker"、不時有在TVB兩台出現的。

七十年代初，已故的前Bee Gees樂隊成員Maurice Gibb，在其兄弟組合於該段時期分道揚鑣各自作個人發展後，曾為一支名Tin Tin的澳洲樂隊作唱片監製。憑藉Maurice Gibb的知名度及透過是次的合作關係，Tin Tin獲得了他們在國際樂壇上一段短暫的認知及片刻的光輝。

他們所灌唱的歌曲中，最為當年港澳樂迷認識及喜愛的，應是"Toast And Marmalade For Tea"及"Is That The Way？"這兩首。"Toast And Marmalade For Tea"曾攀上1971年Billboard流行榜首廿名內，而"Is That The Way？"則曾被拍製成MV，並不時在當年香港無線電視 (HK-TVB)翡翠台的節目過場時段間播放。

Tin Tin是由數名海外澳洲音樂人於1966年在英國組成，牽頭者是主唱兼結他手的Steve Groves及主唱兼鍵琴手的Steve Kipner，成員如下：

●    Steve Kipner    (鍵琴手、敲擊樂器、主唱)
●    Steve Groves     (結他、敲擊樂器、主唱)
●   Johnny Vallins   (低音結他、結他、主唱)
●   Geoff Bridgford   (鼓)

樂隊於1973年拆夥，而在他們約八年間的演唱事業生涯內，其效力的唱片公司：Polydor (寶麗多)、Atco及Decca共為他們出版了九張SP及兩張LP專集，上述兩首備受歡迎的作品當然成為了其中兩張SP的Side A歌曲。
