由已故著名法國影視樂曲大師Georges Delerue譜曲、美國女歌手Timi Yuro演繹、及歌曲曾被稱為"Time Is Like A Dream"之“Interlude"首灌版，相比其後香港歌手許冠傑 Sam Hui或王愛明 Felicia Wong的「二次」收錄版本，很坦誠地說，原唱者Timi Yuro那版本實在是強得多。
許冠傑 Sam Huii的首枚「二次」收錄版，是他於1970年脫離了The Lotus 蓮花樂隊後，開展其個人獨唱生涯首支為麗風唱片 Life Records灌唱的歌曲；猶記得他曾於當年某個週六的下午，隻身參與在澳門南灣戲院舉行的一場綜合音樂會，並在會場中携着木結他，自彈自唱了數首歐西歌曲，其中一支就是其時剛面世不久、他為麗風收錄的單曲唱片中之"Interlude"。而他更於1975年，為寶麗多唱片 Polydor Records收錄了另一枚的重編版本。至於由王愛明 Felicia Wong演繹的"Interlude"，則也同是在1975年面世的。

1968年同在全球及香港公映的西片〈Interlude〉，當時被港片商配上了一頗不錯的華文片名〈玉樓春曉〉；但根據有關的資料顯示，此片的整體賣座成績欠佳，在港的情況更甚，有聞只公映了數天便匆匆落畫，落得慘淡收場。
本片是1957年同名美國電影〈Interlude〉的一不完整重拍版本，背境是落墨於昔日所謂的Swinging London年代。其劇情內容是描述一著名樂團指揮家，邂逅了一名專訪他的年青女記者；並在他經歷一段不需要的休假期間內，與這女子發展出一段婚外情。惟因雙方的年齡及背境差異、及男方妻子家庭等之纏擾因素，衍生及加深了彼此的種種矛盾，導致女方最後決定把那段感情關係告終。
